These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by CustomerXPs Software Private Limited (Clari5) (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (the “Website”), whether accessed through a computer, mobile device, or any other medium. The Website is provided for general informational purposes only. By accessing or using the Website, you (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue shall be Bengaluru, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company relating to your access to and use of the Website. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
